980-nm-band ASE source (Bench Top)
A bench-top 980 nm band ASE light source, intended for evaluating optical isolators and other 980 nm band optical devices.
Technical overview
The ASE-0980-10 is specified 975 to 1050 nm in the spec table (the product header quotes 970 to 1000 nm), with total output power >= +10 dBm and spectral power density >= -30 dBm/nm across that range. Output is on HI1060 fiber with an FC/APC connector and a built-in isolator, in an 88 x 260 x 350 mm chassis running from universal AC mains.
