ZBLAN Bare Fiber (Inventory)

FiberLabs' current stock list of ZBLAN fluoride bare fibers, doped and undoped, updated against actual inventory. It covers geometries outside the standard mass-production lineup.

ZBLAN Bare Fiber (Inventory)

Technical overview

The page tabulates roughly 40 part numbers across six groups: single-mode (ZSF), elliptical-core (ZEF), multimode (ZMF), single-clad doped fiber for core pumping (ZSF with Tm, Pr, Er, Ho, Yb, Dy or Ce), double-clad doped fiber for cladding pumping (ZDF with Pr, Er, Tm, Ho, Ho/Pr, Nd or Tb), double-clad non-doped fiber, and coreless fiber for endcapping (ZCLF). Core diameters range from 2.1 to 45 microns on the doped fibers and up to 145 microns on multimode, with cutoff wavelengths from under 600 nm to under 8300 nm. Because this is a live inventory list, FiberLabs states it is updated regularly, so availability and figures should be confirmed at order time.

Features

  • Mid-IR Transmission up to 4 micron
