A bench-top praseodymium-doped fluoride fiber amplifier for the O-band, offered in six output-power grades. FiberLabs aims it at high-speed Ethernet transceiver testing and at 1300 nm in-vivo imaging.

The AMP-FL8611-OB and AMP-FL8612-OB series covers 1280 to 1320 nm at a 1310 nm nominal wavelength, with output power grades from >= +10 dBm to >= +23 dBm and small-signal gain from >= 10 dB to >= 35 dB. Noise figure is <= 7 dB across the series. All models use G.652-compliant SMF with FC/PC connectors and built-in isolators; the -20 and -23 grades use the wider 88 x 430 x 350 mm chassis. Control is from the front panel or via RS-232C and GP-IB.
